Monk Gastrobar is a new project undertaken by the team of Costas Gagos Architecture and Design. The central design axis was the mentality of monasteries, which used to be places of beer production and fermentation. An impressive special cauldron structure was placed inside and in the centre of the store, which clearly states the character of the store. Also, much of the work is covered in textured copper, suggesting modern beer factory facilities. The wooden, urban furnishings of the space enhance the aesthetic of the monastery. This is also evident in the creation of rocks, which create a wild yet intimate atmosphere in the surrounding area. A special construction was the placement of bottle bottoms, creating a wall with modern design standards!
