Η κτιριακή δομή του Casa Cook παραπέμπει στην ελληνική λέξη «παρέα» και ενσωματώνει το concept ενός ελληνικού χωριού σε έναν σύγχρονο χώρο. Αρχιτεκτονική έμπνευση για τον σχεδιασμό του ξενοδοχείου είναι οι παραδοσιακές «Καμάρες» της Σάμου, που χτίστηκαν με ντόπια υλικά της εποχής.

Το υφιστάμενο ξενοδοχείο κατασκευάστηκε πριν περίπου 15 χρόνια σε παραθαλάσσια έκταση 43 στρεμμάτων στην περιοχή Σταυρός, 15 χλμ. έξω από την πόλη των Χανίων της Κρήτης. Το γραφείο μας ανέλαβε την μελέτη ριζικής ανακαίνισης αυτής της ξενοδοχειακής μονάδας ώστε να αναβαθμιστεί σε κατηγορία 5 αστέρων.
