The owners requirements were for a total renovation and a two storey addition to their existing residence, in order to adapt to the needs of their family. A swimming pool was added at the centre of the plot and designed in a way that allows the existing vegetation to be maintained.

Sir Paul Hotel is set in a restored listed traditional building, two storey boutique hotel with a courtyard in the Old Town of Limassol. The owners wanted to offer to the town a meeting point for all its residents. Respecting and amplifying the significance of its traditional elements was of paramount importance.

Built on the edge of a headland with unlimited sea views, this secluded vacation compound resulted from the renovation and expansion of a much smaller house, already located on site.
