A&M Architects under the umbrella of the architectural firm Aedas has undertaken the role of the Architect of Record for the new Commercial Hub, developed by LAMDA Development around the coastal area of Εllinikon. 

Marked as one of the largest scale projects in Greece, and set to become the foremost tourist destination, the Ellinikon Commercial Hub features 185.000sqm of a mixed-use site with a strong focus on retail, F&B, and commercial buildings combining shopping, entertainment, relaxation, gastronomy, and cultural activities fuse together in one place.
A true point of reference for the city of Athens. The design calls for a timeless landmark that is innovative and dynamic with a strong visual presence captivating the visitor at first sight adopting a new interpretation of blending contemporary, technology with sustainable design.
