Pnoes Tinos, a pride member of Design Hotels is the first design holiday destination on the island of Tinos, Cyclades. Designed as a cluster of villas with private pools and gardens, Pnoēs embodies the spirit of the place in its architecture and hospitality philosophy, aimed at relaxation and regeneration. The architecture of Pnoēs is a physical manifestation of the elements that define the island.

A retail building from the early 2000s on Egnatia Street hosts THIRTYNINE. The project regards the conversion of the old commercial space into a unique, business-oriented urban center in Thessaloniki, Greece.

Housed in the conversion of an existing building on the vibrant square of Omonoia, a stone’s throw away from the historical and cultural neighbourhood of the city, the fun-loving Moxy hotel is bringing its irreverent style to Athens. Drawing from the young Moxy spirit, the hotel sets inside the blissful garden of Hesperides with the design embracing and narrating elements of the story. A cross-pollination of community and culture, Moxy Athens City boldly propels the myth of eternal youth throughout the eight-floor of the boutique hotel.

Borrowing the name of the roman military unit, this is the first of the brand’s hotels. Located in an old office building, in the heart of Athens, the four star hotel aims to transcend the contemporary approach to hotel design.
